Because the system is easy to maintain and develop, we have continously expanded it with our own forms and reports. It currently takes us about four hours to balance the books for a "normal" month, including reconciliation. We then retrieve all the operational reporting into Excel in just a few minutes, and we can devote our time to analyzing the results and preparing comments".
